In the interest of our clients, we have implemented a formal complaints policy. This policy ensures that any complaint that you may have will be dealt with fairly and speedily.
Given the complexity of the financial services environment, we must point out that we will only be in a position to accept responsibility for such complaints as pertain directly to our service to you. In all other matters, we will endeavour to facilitate complaints that you may have by directing them to the most appropriate facility. Conflict of Interest Management Policy
Reflect Financial Services comprise Reflect Brokers (Pty) Ltd and Reflect Asset Management (Pty) Ltd - an authorised Financial Services Providers (“FSP”) in terms of Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act 37 of 2002 (“FAIS”). As required by FAIS, as set out in Board Notice 58 of 2010, the FSP must implement and maintain a Conflict of Interest Management Policy. Coupled with this requirement, Reflect is committed to providing financial services to clients, with integrity, honesty, transparency and in a manner that always put our client’s interests first.

The Promotion of Access to Information Act, No 2 of 2000 was enacted to give effect to the constitutional right of access to any information held by any private or public body that is required for the exercise or protection of any rights. Certain requirements, however, have to be met for access to any information being granted.
